In my opinion if wheels are 13x7J ET3 you shouldn't use adapter like this http://ivanze.snimka.bg/t...364063.14544967 but change your brakes to newer version and bore it to 4x100. It should't be blocked by springs. My 13x7J ET14,5 toutch springs but only a little. Get car lower. After that it shoult nearly fit. You won't have to do sach a big "wings" (i don't know how to say - part over wheel).

If you have new type of drums in 601, i think you can make four new holes at 4x100 or 4x98. Some people in poland do something like this. I'm not thinking about that red 601 from www.601.pl, ok?
